HOW TO FOLLOW UP WITH A PT INQUIRY

  • Client emails studio or a request for a personal trainer is recieved
  • Intake form is sent to client using the "Initial Interest" email template above. Adjust email as neccesary.
  • Client completes the intake form, results are populated in Intake Form Results spread sheet
  • PDF version of completed form is downloaded from Client Intake G Form Page
  • Completed form is sent to personal trainer
  • Personal trainer is decided as either a request from the client or who ever is next on the PT Tracker Log
  • Personal Trainer tracker log is filled out with necessary details
  • Follow up with PT if necessary
