QUICK INFO
QUICK STEPS:
- Client reaches out to the studio
- Client Intake / Health History Form is sent out to client
- Intake form is received and details are passed on to Trainer
- Trainer schedules a complimentary consult with client
- If the client is new to the studio and does not have a profile, a quick profile will be created
- Now that the profile has been created, you will now schedule them in WL
- During the client consult, you will quickly fill out the PAR-Q+ form with them
- If a package is sold during the consult, you will now settle the transaction with the client
- After a package is sold, you will now schedule all the sessions purchased in WL
- Now that all sessions are booked, you will now book the weight room space for you and your client

IN DEPTH CHECKLIST
1) I went to the "Store" tab
2) I found the correct client or added a new one
3) I searched and found the correct product or service
4) I made sure it was the correct product at the correct price and added it to cart
5) I selected the correct payment method and completed the sale
- "Virtual Terminal" is a stored credit card IF they don't have a stored credit card, you can use the virtual terminal to add one
- "ACH" is direct debit of their bank account
- "POS Terminal" - is to have the client pay using the terminal machine
- "Card Swiper" - DON'T USE
- "Account" - DON'T USE
